1.       CHECKIN TIME IS 12.00 HRS AND CHECKOUT TIME IS 09.00 HRS

2.       All details as filled in the reservation form overleaf is final for the booking.

3.       50% advance of the total booking amount will be required for the confirmation of the advance booking in cash or credit cards. In case of cheque the confirmation will be issued after realization only.

4.       100% payment to be made at the time of checkin and the extras to be cleared at the checkout time in cash or credit card only. Cheques will not be acceptable at that time.

5.       Alcoholic Drinks , Prostitution and any unlawful activity is not permissible in the premises.

6.       Room keys needs to be deposited at the reception when not occupying the room or at checkout.

7.       No Flower Decoration on the beds will be allowed , except Hampers, cake or bouquet as part of  gesture is permissible.

8.       Any loss or damage of the property will be chargeable to the guest/ member

9.       Photo Identifications with address proof will be compulsory and copies will be taken for the same.

10.    Incase of NRI / Foreigner the valid Visa and Passport copy will be required.

11.    All BOOKINGS once confirmed will attract 10% retention of full booking amount on cancellation or amendments.

12.    All Cancellations/Amendments of confirmed bookings before 30  days will attract 20% retention of full booking amount

13.    All Cancellations/Amendments of confirmed bookings before 15 days will attract 30% retention of full booking amount

14.    All Cancellations/Amendments of confirmed bookings before 5 days will attract 50 % retention of full booking amount

15.   All Cancellations/Amendments of confirmed bookings within 05 days from the time of checkin  will attract 100 % retention of full booking amount.

16.  100% ADVANCE WILL BE REQUIRED IN THE CASE OF BLOCK GUARANTEED BOOKINGS .
