ePayment/Online Payment Service is simple and convenient way provided by YMCA
to the members to pay their Membership Renewal Fees for Monthly usage charges
online. It allows and enables the members to make payment online through YMCA's
website instantly with multiple options like credit card, debit card and
internet banking.
How do I make a payment for my membership renewal fees or Monthly Bill
Payment?
YMCA offers multiple methods to make payments Online: Credit Card & Debit
Card, Net Banking in addition to the regular payment options of Cheque and
Cash. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. YMCA and
our payment gateway service provider ensure to protect your card information.
As and when the Bill is raised by YMCA, members visit the website to make an
online payment. Members select the payment options i.e. Credit Cards, Debit
cards or Net Banking. Customer is then re-directed to the Gateway for cards and
to the Bank for debit instructions, real-time online. Member gives online debit
instructions and returns to the YMCA website. Member views on Online
Acknowledgement/Receipt towards his Online Payment to YMCA. On receipt of
payment information from the Gateway Service provider, updates its billing
system giving credit to the respective members.
Are there any hidden
Transaction charges when I make a payment on YMCA Website?
There are absolutely no hidden charges or any kind of Transaction charges on
the members. YMCA is bearing the charges on behalf of our members. Only the
Bill Amount payable by the member will be deducted from member's Card or Net banking
Account.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept all VISA and MasterCard Credit cards and Debit Cards.
Purchase/Payment limit through net banking & card is as per your card
limit. All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. YMCA and
our trusted payment gateway service provider use encryption technology to
protect your card information. YMCA's Payment Gateway Service provider's
processes and controls are also certified PCI DSS standards.
